Casey T, a Hawaii State licensed therapist, teaches how to self-massage using your own body weight. The instructions are intended to ease severe muscle stiffness and not for relaxation. Video No.8 of the series shows how to self-massage the shin muscles and how to deal with Charley horse. Easy reflexology method is also demonstrated. The Shin muscles:
