The instructions are intended to ease severe muscle stiffness and not for relaxation.

Video No.1 of the series introduces preparation for self-massage, the tools and the 4 basic principle:

  1. Use your own body weight
  2. Find pressure points
  3. Change the angle (direction to press)
  4. Hold the pressure until stiffness is melt
