Self Massage 13 – Arms

The instructions are intended to ease severe muscle stiffness and not for relaxation. Video No.13 of the series demonstrates how to self-massage the arm muscles. It also explains how to detect and soften the muscles which are stiff due to heavy usage of computer mouse. The Upper Arm muscles:
